Where do you ship from?

All of our orders are shipped from Edmond, Oklahoma. If you're curious about transit times & shipping cost for your order, we recommend proceeding to checkout from your cart. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected.

Free shipping (Economy) typically takes between 2-7 business days depending on the proximity of your location to our warehouse.

Standard shipping typically takes between 1-5 business days depending on the proximity of your location to our warehouse.

Expedited shipping typically takes between 1-3 business days depending on the proximity of your location to our warehouse.

How much do I pay for delivery service?

All our item comes with free economy shipping. Expedited shipping is available (1-3 business days) for additional postage charge.

Can I track my order?

Yes, in the "my orders" section in "my account" you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.

Canada Shipping Disclaimer

  • Shipping to Canada starts from $34.99 (Includes Duties and GST)
  • Duties and GST are included in our shipping price so you will not receive any surprise bills when you receive the products.

International Shipping Disclaimer (Non Canada)

  • You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
  • As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
