To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received. Please note that personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there was a mistake on our part.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ebrosgift.freshdesk.com  within 30 days of delivery to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have received your return authorization number, you can return the item to us using a trackable shipping service.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged in transit. However, if you would like us to supply a return label for your convenience, we can do so for a cost of 9.95, which will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
